It is the policy of Beautiful Beginnings LLC d/b/a Beau'Tea to send you order status information by e-mail.  You will be notified when an order is received and when an order is shipped.  

To view order status of any order, including past orders that have been received, click on the “Log In” link at the top of the page.  After you are logged in, click on “Welcome" and your name located at the top of the page.  Your current and past orders will then be displayed.

Back Orders
In the unlikely event that any items in your order are unavailable for immediate delivery, we will ship the remainder of your order immediately and ship the balance when it becomes available.

1)    Simply email  shopbeautea@gmail.com. Your email regarding questions or concerns will be seen within 24-48 hours. Operating hours are from 4:30 PM - 7:00 PM (Monday - Friday / Saturday 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM / Sunday 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM EST). 

Beautiful Beginnings LLC d/b/a Beau'Tea, cannot be held responsible for lost/stolen packages, delays in shipping due to weather conditions, customs, incorrect shipping addresses, or missing shipping information.

Sale Items:
All sale items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns. 

Easy and FREE RETURNS within US only!*

We want you to be 100% satisfied with our teas products. If you are not, you can ask for a FREE RETURN! We will email you a return label and you can ship us back the item you have purchased within 5 business days of purchase.  Kindly return the tea in the shipping box that it was sent in.

*Samples are exempt from Free Return policy.

For customers outside the US  

*International Shipping refers to any shipping outside of the United States of America. 

At this time, shipping outside of the US cannot be extended.  Beautiful Beginnings LLC, d/b/a Beau'Tea currently cannot afford to offer this service due to the greater international shipping costs varying by country. For all international shipments, customs duties are assessed, which are in addition to your shipping charges and must be paid directly by the customer and/or items can be seized at your local customs office. Beautiful Beginnings LLC d/b/a Beau'Tea will not be held responsible or liable for any problems and no refunds cannot be given on ordered products because of custom rules and regulations of local customs offices.

On promotions such as Free Shipping or Free Shipping on Orders over $50, please note that certain exclusions may apply.

• Free shipping applies to standard ground shipping within the continental U.S. (excludes Alaska and Hawaii) and only to orders with one ship-to address.
• Free Shipping is calculated based on the order subtotal.
• Free Shipping begins at midnight on the first day of advertised promotion and ends at midnight on the last day of advertised promotion (12:00am EST).
• Free Shipping is for online orders only which meet the specified requirements outlined on this page.
